- StatesIn NLP, a state is a person’s current organisation of physiology, attention and feeling — the condition in which a behaviour is more or less available.
- StrategiesIn NLP, a strategy is a modelled sequence of attention, representation and behaviour that someone runs to get a result — a teaching description of ‘how’, not a guarantee that the sequence can be installed.
- SubmodalitiesIn NLP, submodalities are the finer qualities of a remembered or imagined experience — such as brightness, loudness or location of a feeling — used as a teaching frame for how people code intensity.
