This site names a source only when it has been checked. The list below is a starting set, not a complete bibliography of NLP.

The NLP Knowledge Base does not assemble impressive-looking reference lists from unverified snippets. If a claim needs a source and the source has not been read, the claim is qualified or left out.

How citations work here

  • Historical NLP texts explain where an idea came from.
  • Research or criticism is cited only when the specific work has been checked for the page that uses it.
  • Training-school marketing is not treated as evidence.

A fuller books section will appear when individual titles can be described accurately. Until then, this page is the public account of the standard — not a stub farm of unread blurbs.
