Three Habits of Influential Hypnotherapist
Sometimes I wonder, what is the core job of a hypnotherapist? Probably helping people in fixing their problems in life to which they have no concrete solution. There is no such term as problem, if we enlarge the canvas, it more resembles like opportunity. All we need is vision and a broader perspective to witness the problem.
A hypnotherapist has a master key for all locks. He stands by the client side in every stage of their life helping them resolve their personal and professional problems. If we further sub-divide the roles and responsibilities of a hypnotherapist, it includes:-
- Identifying the problems and hurdles faced
- Identifying the end result and a strategy to achieve them
- Inviting acceptance towards situations and encouraging flexibility
- Leaving no stones unturned in turning every failure into opportunity
Making people enlightened about their potential leading to much happier, peaceful and fruitful life. So, if you aspire to become a hypnotherapist and run a successful practice, here are five qualities you must inherit:-
Being aware- Being completely aware towards your actions, decisions and taking responsibility for every deed in your career and life should be the first initiative. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going melting all stalagmites coming in the way through scorching determination.
Almost 95% of the population play the blame game cursing others, situation, weather for all deeds happening to them. So instead of choosing the universe they want to live in, they get dictated by external disturbances. If you dream of becoming a successful hypnotherapist, being aware is the key to attract the clients and business.
Identify your ambitions in life
Identifying your goal means what do you want to do in life, why do you want to do and how to do. If you have the answer to all these questions, you are on right track. Sometimes you know what to do, but don’t know how to do, leaving you in an utter state of confusion. For instance it is important to bypass your inferiority complex, but don’t know how.
The major problem behind most of the scenarios is lack of self esteem. Lack of self esteem includes below par confidence, being overcritical, primarily focusing on negative aspects of the situation and feeling unrecognized. As soon your work out the low self esteem problem, the problem is fixed forever. Realization and access to inner resources is the key.
Being cooperative rather than competitive
During our hypnosis training, a widely acclaimed NLP program in Bangalore, Delhi and major parts of India, the first step towards becoming an accomplished hypnotherapist is effective communication. When I talk about cooperation it means cordial balance between different egos creating emotionally connecting everyone and seeking benefits in every action.
