More Smiling, Less Worrying

The world spends zillion of rupees every year on physical fitness through gym memberships, gluten and sugar free non- processed foods, doctor’s visits and tests to leave no stone unturned. The euphoria of six packs and eight packs has hit the entire nation like a blazing meteor, but are we happy or satisfied?

No, what are we missing in life even after huge stupendous success and luxurious lifestyle? Yes, an innocent sparkling smiles illuminating the facial muscles. The core behind very act is happiness and enjoyment and keeps discovering new tools to poke happiness button.

A smile can be more lethal than a pied piper black magic. Here are major benefits of smiling, just to generate engagement and guiding you towards the essence of the topic:-

  • Reduces stress
  • Enhance productivity
  • Control frequent mood swings
  • Boost the immune system
  • Make you look much younger
  • Build attraction
  • Secrete endorphins, the feel good and pain bearing hormone

Smile activates the release of neuropeptides allowing the molecules to communicate and send the signals of happiness to neurons. A clear signal secretes dopamine, endorphin, serotonin and oxytocin dispensing motivation, happiness, passion and pain bearing capacity,

So laugh whole heartedly without any friction or resistance and rejuvenate your immune system and overall health. We hardly invest in our mental health and suffer from anxiety, stress and panic attacks. The constant hammering of thoughts sometimes causes OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).

As a NLP practitioner, I always try to make my clients laugh, smile and make them comfortable preparing them to expel their stored thoughts and feel relieved during the NLP training. Smile is contagious; it spreads like a disease and makes other people laugh too. A smiling person invokes happy emotions of other person too and smile reverts back dispensing double happiness.
