Step two is replacing the old habits with the new one. Once you know what is stopping you and is ready to break the comfort zone. Reframe your old bad habits. It takes 21 days to form any new habit. In the beginning, it is difficult as new habit is completely alien to you. Once he imprints are embarked on subconscious mind, thinks happen unconsciously without any effort.
It is important to perform the same tasks at fixed time. For instance, eating breakfast at 9 AM, it reset your body clock. This is called developing the habit.
You might not witness drastic results instantly, but over a period of time your efforts will start reaping lucrative results.
