Hypnosis and Time-Based Techniques is a three-day module that empowers an individual with therapeutic techniques to help self and others by relieving painful memories, trauma, anxiety, and so on.
Time-based Techniques therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help people identify and resolve negative emotions and beliefs that may hold them back. It is based on the idea that people store memories and experiences in their subconscious mind, and that these experiences can have a powerful impact on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Hypnosis and Time-Based Techniques therapy can be used to treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, phobias, and trauma. It is often used in conjunction with other therapies, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy or solution-focused therapy. Some people may find timeline therapy helpful for resolving negative emotions and beliefs and creating a more positive outlook on life.
